2025 Mataro Rosé: Mataro grapes from the Watilla vineyard on Colville rd., just outside of Willunga. Handpicked, then crushed and pressed off with very little time on skins. Fermented in tank and then put to an old 500L puncheon and a barrique. 120 6pks produced.
