2025 Fiano: from the Lacey vineyard in the Tatachilla sub-region of McLaren Vale. McLaren Vale’s hero white variety. Harvested on the 10th of February, which is slightly earlier than average. Destemmed in the vineyard and whole berries dumped directly into the press. Fermented in tank along with a couple of wild barrel ferments. 330 6pks produced.
