2023 Old Vine Grenache: mostly from the Wait vineyard with a couple barrels of Smart vineyard in there for good measure. Crushed and destemmed, fermented in 2t open fermenters with the same cultured yeast and no adds other than SO₂. Pressed to old, large format oak barrels for 17 months before bottling. 300 6pks produced.
